Well, found out today that if you complain about your drink and get it remade they intentionally make it wrong the second time. I have a dairy allergy and I got a drink with oat milk. Knowing I have a dairy allergy they added soft top to a drink that doesn’t even come with it. So me as a person with a dairy allergy already complaining about my drink once then given a drink made with heavy whipping cream? That’s pretty intentional.
