(I will raise this review to 5-stars to reflect the service I received once you respond so that I know the feedback was received). The service on Sunday afternoon is stellar — but just because the young lady can handle herself for 2-3 hours alone doesn't mean she should have to. Take another look at your volume and schedule a second person on the Sunday afternoon shift. She hustles like some bartenders I know at top spots in LA, but she shouldn't be killing herself just to make coffee.
Rude af! Seriously guys why do you offer a walk-up kiosk if you're just going to ignore anybody who walks up. Are you specifically trained to only cater to those people in vehicles. Because if that's the climate change accidents and that you're going for then your isolating out a whole demographic of economic resources you can be tapping into. But hey you just keep discriminating as you freely choose and you just see how far you can make it in life!! Çiąoʻ
They have lots of flavor options, and the best customer service. Very easy to get exactly what you want for way less than the other guys.
