Waiting 15 minutes for coffee is not the business. Customer service for a Dutch brothers was horrible!
It was disheartening to learn the staff has to engage in conversation. It seemed genuine but now I know it's fake/forced.
Love Dutch Bros! Great customer service always! Love that they play music! The people that work here always seem happy and it welcoming to walk up or for me drive up and see people smiling and enjoying themselves especially while working. Its always a pleasant experience. My go to order: large caramelized EXTRA thick, add a shot of expresso, whip cream, and Cinnamon sprinkles blended in and ontop! ❤️ Closet thing to their temp drink Churro Freeze which I need in my life again!🤤😉
