First experience at a Dutch Bros (we don't have them yet in my area of FL). Natalie is a gem and honestly made my day so much better in the 2 minute exchange we had. The coffee is also wonderful. Will be returning.
I spoke to representatives at headquarters about employees asking for tips before even getting your beverages. Don't they get paid for doing the job. All they do is input your order. When will they stop putting customers on the spot?
