I come here everyday… the service & staff has always been amazing since they opened.. however I’m not sure what happened with the customer service, it has declined fast & poorly… I understand some days they may be understaffed but a waiting period of time of 30-40 min for a drink in line is crazy especially when they are supposed to have 2 memebers outside taking orders. If the wait time continues like this, I will be going to Starbucks or coffee bean.
