The coffee and specialty drinks are good, especially for those with a sweet tooth. However, I was disappointed with a fruit smoothie I ordered. I left it in the fridge for my husband, but later it had a clear liquid at the bottom and a thick layer of orange froth on top. I've never seen a real fruit smoothie do that.
There are no Dutch Brothers around NYC, so I figured I'd try it. The Americano I got wasn't great, but that's not really what they're known for (Gen Z-type drinks with a lot of wacky stuff in them). The young women working the counter were nice and the coffee was ready in less than a minute. It's a box with a drive thru (no interior seating area), but you can walk up to a window on one side.
