I have never experienced this with other Dutch bros, Usually, when they show you the tip, it already has no tip applied so you have the choice to add a tip if you want to, I was running short on money and I don’t tip because what are they doing? It’s their job to literally make the drink. This location they already apply a tip for themselves in case you don’t want to give a tip and just press continue without carefuly looking, they secretly already put in the tip for themselves. Dutch Bros always makes our day! The service is awesome—they treat Gus like a VIP every time, and he loves getting his pup cup. Drinks are always spot‑on, the crew is super friendly, and the vibe is pure good energy. Love this place!
