came for the first time today and Rachal walked me through the menu options and assisted in finding something she thought I would like….. I LOVED my drink and even more I loved the service from this crew member! she took my order outside and gave my my drink at the window when it was complete, the girl was on a roll! whole staff was friendly! I will definitely be a returning customer!
I been going to here since they open. Today for my moms birthday they sang her happy birthday thank you ladies for making her day feel special.
The cashier Grimm was great! My daughter has been begging to come here for weeks and we had a little time while we were out to stop by. We came to the walk up window and Grimm took our order right away. He let us know what was in each item we asked about and recommended a few things, one of which my daughter got and LOVED. He took the time to compliment my daughter which made her day even more. Whatever you are doing Dutch Bros, you are doing right! I hope we get Grimm every time we come here!
My first time...my wife ordered Her usual and I had to take 5minutes to choose something...so people came about 5 minutes after we ordered but they all were served sooner that we were..by just going to the window..which by the way was covered with a placard indication it wasnt open.
