Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered my drink it was ready , I tasted my drink an felt it was lacking coffee , so I asked was the espresso shot added, the girl at the window goes off and says , the drink is PERFECT , you just want a FREE drink ! I was highly upset and we exchanged words , I asked for a refund she refused to give me a refund and said NO, continued to walk away ! Love this location, I visit it multiple times a week. Shout out to Lauren, she’s always a great personality to see after a long day at work.
Their coffee is great
Rowlett staff are all incredible! Update: Every time I come by everyone is beyond kind! I told them today they are not regular glue- they are glitter glue! IYKYK!
