Super nice girls really quick as well my drinks are so Good and the girls are really kind loved it here I just went to get a free drink and she even helped me update my app to get more points super good service
The employees here are amazing, but the way management is being handled is not the best. There seems to be a lack of organization and communication, which takes away from the overall experience.
Very disappointed in the direction this location has went. There used to be the Dutch Bros Energy, now its a Starbucks Energy. Won't be going to this location anymore.
I would leave zero stars if I could . This place is negligent about consumer allergies . My son who has a severe milk allergy stopped by last night and ordered an ice latte with oat milk and was given regular milk causing a severe allergic reaction. Thankfully I was home and was able to administer an EpiPen as soon as his allergic reaction surfaced. Do better dutch bros! Take peoples allergies seriously! This could’ve ended much worse !
When I come in the evenings I always have to wait in line a while because they only take orders at the window unlike in the morning when they're outside moving the line. For this I had stopped coming to dutch because I don't have time to sit in line but last night I came and they were outside for once and got me in and out quickly. I was impressed with the service, I got the new delicious Mexican mocha and they had the cute stickers left at 8pm! It was my best experience at this Dutch!
