The employee there was so nice and respectful and knowledgeable love her wish I could remember her name
I very rarely have a negative experience at Dutch Bros until Wednesday morning March 4 2026. I went to get a coffee around 7am. The young lady that took my order outside was extremely unfriendly. Her demeanor was very dismissive, barely spoke, acted like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t even say “thank you” even after I gave a tip. I was not able to get her name as she was not wearing a name tag. She had long dark hair and was wearing glasses.
