Management is getting too "buddy-buudy" with regulars. I don't mind the social culture at Dutch, but I am NOT your friend. I know drop days are busy, but if I'm having an issue and talking to a manager to try to straighten things out, I shouldn't be interrupted to be told about his experience with the same customer and then at end, rather than offering ANY resolution being asked, "Well what do you want me to do about it?"
