Wanted to start by saying that I have no problem with the Dutch Bros. More so for its staff I’m leaving this review. I had an incident this past Monday with one of the staff members who was extremely rude. She was upset at the fact that I had called her out for taking Close to 15 minutes, taking the order of the customer in front of me. I love getting the rebel drinks, very refreshing!
Not sure what has happened since last time but they have gotten slow. We waited there today for 30 minutes for our order come to find out the guy at the window wasnt calling any drinks out. There was a bunch of drinks sitting out and I had to go up to the counter and ask for my drinks.
