This is the worst Dutch Bros location I have ever been to. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The manager provided some of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I asked about a student discount, and instead of politely explaining the policy, he argued with me and told me that he was going to charge me full price and would not give me the discount. I was in line for 15 minutes plus, while at the back of the line, cars are piling up behind me and all this time the employee outside taking orders is not paying attention to anything going on- he was more into talking to everyone. He finally stops talking to the same car, and then proceeds to take the orders of the cars behind me! This is after I was sitting there before any of them arrived. They are incredibly slow and not very professional at this location. Never going to give this company the time of day....ever again!
First time. Jessica was awesome; helped me design my perfect beverage! Sugar free iced cinnamon protein latte. Coffee tasted better than I expected too.
Great shop, usually has great workers but some arent. Only have gotten one bad drink out of 100! Fantastic food
