People here are really great and kind, the only issue they have is they're walking up service. Be expected to wait almost 20-30 minutes sometimes. Really depends on the time of day, especially avoid the mornings. If you come in the mornings, do Mobile order. Even that can take time. Overall, great place
They have decaf! I went to three other coffee shops in Indio and no decaf. I was so happy to find this place. My iced decaf latte was delicious. Service was very friendly and quick considering how busy they are.
PLEASE stop hiring former starbucks employees. Coffee has gone downhill, and so has the fun atmosphere. The service is wack and we're over it. Either get these employees retrained by original dutch bros employees NOT from the valley and fix it. The managers are also giving starbucks energy which is not cute. Farewell until then, guys Ps my drink still came out wrong
