Ella and Vicky are amazing!!! Always so pleasant to see and one of the reasons my family and I come to the Layton location!!!
Wasn't a big fan before and gave them another shot and they redeem themselves was much better for me. Compared to when the grand opening.
Spend less time petting dogs in cars, and more time getting customers through the line. It should not take 30 min to get coffee.
Notmally I prefer Dutch Brothers over Starbucks because I love their coffee and exceptional customer service. Not today. This location had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The line was incredibly long, which is fine, and we thought maybe they were short-staffed. We sat in line for half an hour. I have visited this Dutch Bros location several times, and while it is usually busy, the line typically moves quickly. On this visit, however, it took nearly 15 minutes to get through, which was unacceptable given the circumstances. The customer ahead of me received her drink out of line, and when she reached the window it became clear she was personally acquainted with the staff.
