The line situation was ridiculous. Why is it that I chose the shortest line yet 5 cars that came after me went before me? When I was next the guy started to go to me but another car pulled up and he said "sorry" and went to them?!
I went to this Dutch bros today to get a birthday drink. I had no idea that they had changed their policy on birthday drinks and now you have to have the app. I was confused because I used to work at Dutch bros. The person at the window taking my order told me the policy had changed. She rudely told me that she would give me the drink anyway which I appreciate but the attitude was not needed.
