Whoever the drive thru people were at 10:20, we’ve been very consistent customers for over 2 years and you honestly gave us the worst experience we’ve ever had at Dutch Bros. The blonde girl who took both our orders didn’t confirm our orders and messed up two of our drinks and the girl at the window seemed very combative when we questioned the errors. The service is always A+. Even if there's long line, it moves super fast and wait time is minimal. You are always greeted with a smile and they are very knowledgeable.
We already placed a mobile order but was instructed to wait for other cars for their orders to be taken by the outside attendant before proceeding ahead, where other dutch bros locations wave us forward. Then, that vehicle ahead of us had kittens which one employee had taken into the store and a few other employees stood outside between the window and car to chat about after they received their drinks further delaying the Drive thru.
