Walked up to the window rather than going through the drive-thru which was a mistake. Orders being taken with products sitting behind the window waiting a long time. Do yourself a favor and go through the drive-thru

Placed an order ahead as always & it was for pick up at the window. I got there & gave them my name for the order. It was a small iced latte. The man at the window told me someone was working on it. 4 other people after me had a mixture of ordering right there at the window or having an order ahead as well. They all got their items before i did. At this point I had been waiting 20 minutes. ( I got there at 654 left at 714) Order they did give me was wrong. Everything i order is always great from here. A little high for what you get, but all coffee places are a little overpriced. Service is always friendly and they are very organized.
