I love there potien drinks sugary food. Better than Dunkin and Starbucks.
Probably will continue to stick with Starbucks as I've been to this location a few times and the employees seem more interested In dancing and talking than making sure the customer gets what they wanted. For.example, rather than asking if I'd like cream in a black iced coffee he just assumed or not even giving an option to warm my cake and me getting it "chilled" and the way the girl at the windows reacted to me wanting cream in my iced coffee, I was scared to even ask them to warm the cake when I saw it was "chilled".
My daughter used her birthday gift card to get this boba drink and I was surprise when we got it because the amount of boba in the photo on the menu poster was WAY off from what she got. I reluctantly asked about it and the employee was super nice and gave us more in a cup to add to her drink.I was bummed about the drink but the employee made up for it and my daughter loves her drink and the boba :) I just wanted to share this! Thank you!! We always love Dutch bros!!
