Unfortunately, the quality of service has consistently declined with each subsequent visit. While the employee who took my order during my most recent visit was pleasant and engaging, my order was not accurately processed. Great service, and so many beverages to chose from. You can't go wrong visiting Dutch Bros. Coffee.
My drink was supposed to be a large drink, she said no problem I’ll fix it. She poured my drink in a large cup and just added more ice.
