I'd give it a 5 but organization through the drive-thru is weak
This is directed at corporate as the staff are consistently courteous and professional. There’s this inexcusable, anti-consumer trend—especially at coffee chains—to not post a complete menu with pricing. Perhaps I’m missing something, but the only sizes and prices listed are medium sized beverages. Where’s the pricing for the other sizes? And do not instruct me to get on the app. Some of us simply want a cup of coffee without dealing with the extraneous.
