can barely communicate with the people, talk fast, don't listen, i notice my receipt always has an added tip i didn't approve either.
The wait is really bad.Almost 20 minutes for a coffee with 3 people ahead of you at 5:30a? I think they can do better. People are trying to get to work and just want a pick me up along the way, not waiting that long for 1 coffee. The people are always nice,though. Even Starbucks is faster.
My wife and I have been coming to this location for years, happily along with family. However, it needs to be mentioned that it is becoming an increasing issue that the staff working the drive through will not hand over the tablet when it comes to selecting a tip, just walking away stating "all set, have a wonderful day!". Implying they are tipping themselves whatever amount they want. As someone that works in law enforcement this is a concerning practice I hope management can talk to their staff about.
The workers here are always super sweet and friendly :) the new caramel brulee is DELISH!!!
