literally just left… girl with short hair, glasses and penicillin allergy tattoo was not only rude but didn’t even offer to remake my drink that wasn’t made right. i ordered a nitro and paid for extra soft top. i like the extra soft top bc i don’t add cream and like a little less cold brew. i didn’t get the extra soft top and i let her know. instead of offering to remake it, she gave me a kids cup with a dollop of soft top in it, which didnt make it into my drink bc it mostly stuck to the kids cup. as someone who use to work... read more
I finally got some time to write this review after making it back home from our trip, because this crew absolutely deserves to be recognized! A couple of nights ago, my wife and I were starting our drive from Bulverde, TX, to North Carolina. Since I was going to be driving most of the night, I wanted to start the trip off right with a good coffee. Kinda bummed that they messed up my order and couldn’t take it back due to I tasted it after I left the location and was needing to get to work and then there is not a phone number to call and talk to someone, so basically lost 16 dollars for something that went in the trash
