I had a pickup order for 1:14 its not 1:45 why would I even order ahead if you won't try and get it to me by the time they take forever on customers I gave this place one more chance but im never coming to this location ever matter of fact like I wanna file a complaint on this store like clearly they cant move people along this is ridiculous I ordered ahead I should've been done but instead im waiting almost 30 minutes and there gonna say we try are best no you didnt clearly ordering ahead dosent matter
Love the workers, I am still new with the menu and the workers are always patient and help you get a drink you will like.
We only got coffee, no food. I got a large sugar free hopscotch blended and my husband always gets the 911 large- this time blended, usually iced/light ice
When sitting in a long drive thru line a wait time is expected and understandable. But when I order ahead and even select the pick up time. I shouldn’t have to check in, wait an additional 20 minutes and then check in AGAIN. Only to be finally handed a watered down drink that’s been sitting forgotten. And I’ve had this happen twice now.
