First time trying a Dutch Bros location. The server was very kind in helping me select a drink to try. She asked about my fave flavors and recommended something she thought I'd enjoy. She was correct in saying the drink comes with a lot of milk but it tasted good anyway.
The staff was unfriendly, and my order was taken incorrectly twice. Unfortunately, both times the order was still wrong, which made the experience frustrating.
Mari at the Marsha sharp location is the absolute sweetest! I go there so much, she already knows my order! Way to represent!
I’ve always been a huge fan of Dutch bros, but this location is by far the best when it comes to customer service. Camille was the absolute sweetest and made my bad day so much better! She was so sweet, funny, and made me the most delicious drink! I’ll definitely be back
