Simply, my drink was made wrong. It was iced not hot. When I asked if I could get it Hot the employee replied with a snobby and sharp "SURE". The gal then turned to other employees and snapped at them "we need to make sure we read back orders so we don't make them wrong all the time". After waiting 5 minutes I received a hot drink that was not at all what I ordered. I understand people make mistakes but the atmosphere here needs some work.
Always the best!
Slowest Dutch bros I have ever been too throughout multiple states. Allow 10-15 minutes in the drive thru for your order.
