They are the absolute SLOWEST Dutch bros I have ever been at. They have horrible customer service skills & will sit and talk to the car waiting at the window forever!! They do not have time management at all, they don’t care that you wait 30+ minutes in line either. This location needs to change its staff or get some older more responsible people in. I got charged $9.05 (no tip) for a large blended emerald rebel. Is that really what the drink costs or did the guy cheated in a tip when I selected no tip but forgot to click the finish button at the bottom of his handheld app?
First time in this location; over 30 minutes still in line, extremely slow service. There are still 4 cars in front of me. 45 minutes for coffee is unbelievable. I stopped before I got home in Salem bad idea.
