Friendly and exceptional service.
I've only been to this location about 5 times now, but, so far, my latte has been consistent and good. They don't add sugar, by default, like certain other major coffee chains have started doing. They did get my order wrong, yesterday morning. I told them what happened this morning and they gave me the correct order, without charging me for it. I'm allergic to milk, so, while orders are going to occasionally be wrong, I very much appreciate their willingness to make up for it.
In this location they give you more ice in your drink than actual drink.
Dutch Bros. is hands-down my favorite go-to spot for coffee, tea, smoothies, and their amazing Rebel Refreshers! The convenience is unbeatable. I can order ahead and my drink is ready right when I pull into the drive-thru or walk up. The energy here is always incredible, with great music playing across all genres, making every visit feel fun and upbeat.
