Everyone here is so kind!!! They are always on top of it and every time i’ve gone i’ve felt so welcomed!!!

Horrible customer service line was into the parking lot line to pick up window was at least 10 people deep. At any other Dutch Brothers I’ve been to at this point. There’d be someone in the drive-through with an iPad taking orders. No such luck very rude when I finally got to the window. Either higher or more employees or train your staff. Something needs to be done.
