I usually come here with no issues. But today 10/01/2025 I ordered my daughters medium drink with light ice. The lady at the windows said since we requested light ice it will not be filled to the top. We can order an additional rebel to fill it but it would be $5. OMG, I have never had this done before. Looks like my business will be going back to Starbucks. And the other drink was nothing but milk.

Everything was good but the staff couldn't hear my sister very well. They really need to turn down the music.
I’ve never given a one star. I’ve never received such awful service. The Asian girl at the window asked “what do you want” and then she proceeded to motion for me to hurry up my order as if I was taking too long but I already knew what I wanted. I just ordered a caramel pumpkin cold brew and she asked “do you want the flavor or topping” like…. I ordered the drink, I want what it comes with.
