I don’t think they have ever failed to perfect my drink but omg the times they have taken is absolutely ridiculous.I have gone to Starbucks because it’s so much more faster.Waiting 30min+ JUST TO ORDER.Go to the window and are not even greeted while people just stand around and talk.Completely understand if your just not having a good day,I’ve worked in plenty places,I understand but this is my 5th time coming recently and it’s all been the same experience.If yall need a manager let me know.
I ordered my usual drink on 8/16/25 and it honestly tasted way off, like sour milk almost (it was coffee). I tried to drink it, but ultimately decided to take it back this morning. They remade my drink. Their customer service is amazing. Thank you! I appreciate it ❤️
