Dutch bros is clearly not what it used to be,extremely corporate structure working young happy kits to the bone. Waited at the walk up window for 25 min for “bean water and milk” while 30 cars must have gone in the drive through. They only care about numbers now, kind of sad. They used to actually have an impact in the community while giving young adult a chill place to work.
It's ridiculous that there mobile ordering is not available like seriously when yall open and this location never makes there drinks right always have to end up going to the other location In verrado ridiculous
Waited in a long line because speakers were not working at the drive thru. Finally got our coffee. It was bitter and lukewarm instead of hot. Then she rushed us out because they were behind schedule!
