I don’t typically post reviews or comment on social media, but today warrants an exception. I went through the drive-thru specifically because there was no line and the location appeared slow. After ordering, the employee at the window already seemed short and irritated for no apparent reason. I chose not to make an issue of it and continued with my order. Didnt catch her name. But Sunday i went around 3pm and had a very sweet conversation with a lady there about my late brother. I really needed that and your kindness shows and impacts others more than you know and just wanted to say how appreciative I was for that. My caramelizer was sooo delicious too! Thank you.

I usually enjoy the coffee here, but the experience today was disappointing. Waiting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes (this happens on a regular basis) is beyond frustrating, especially when the staff seem more focused on chatting with each other than keeping things moving. Doesn't seem to be a staffing issue as there are always plenty of people working. Also, I ordered a hot drink tonight and received a barely warm nasty drink.
