Regretably the word incompetent is a start to explain how poorly run this location is but yet it fails to fully encompass how bad it is. The lady at the window made it pretty clear she's only happy if you tip and if you don't don't even expect a receipt, which maybe they refuse to give those because they can't seem to accurately ring up a drink. Im sorry but a small ice coffee should not be $8.5. They are happy to take money and fail to remedy issues.
The Broistas at Dutch Bros are seriously so nice! I cannot think of any other recent customer service interactions that are even close to this caliber of kindness and professionalism. Whatever they are doing to keep their employees so happy is working!
Traveling through on I 25 and decided to stop by at this location. One, super rude and unprofessional customer service!!!! Second they tipped themselves!!!!!! I know the total didn’t add up when I got home I realized why! So stay safe and make sure they deserve the tip that you are leaving I’ll be back to update my review with a pic from our dash cam 😊 BECAUSE STEALING IS NEVER OKAY
