Traveling through on I 25 and decided to stop by at this location. One, super rude and unprofessional customer service!!!! Second they tipped themselves!!!!!! I know the total didn’t add up when I got home I realized why! So stay safe and make sure they deserve the tip that you are leaving I’ll be back to update my review with a pic from our dash cam 😊 BECAUSE STEALING IS NEVER OKAY
I ordered a hot chocolate through the app because it's been very cold lately. The young man who served me was friendly, and the drink he prepared was spectacular. I would order again in the future.
We ordered 2 medium drinks and a small, they messes up and gave us 2 small drinks. They then made us pay for the medium drink again for them to fix it. Im diabetic and need sugar free syrups and half and half instead of milk in my drinks. I watched them mess up my order and put in regular milk and caramel. When I asked them to correct it they then became extremely rude. I waited in line for 32 minutes for them to mess up my order, charge me again for a drink, and then put in ingredients in cannot have and could hurt me.
The coffee is awesome...unfortunately management and customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. I just sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes with only a couple cars ahead of me...when I got up to the window I had to sit and wait while one "broista" finished telling the other "broista" about the cute girl that comes through that he wants ask out before he finished making my coffee. Bro. This is your workplace not your personal tinder. I dont want to wait for my coffee while you process your dating options.
We just left this location around 2:20 p.m. on November 9, 2025, and honestly, it was one of the worst Dutch Bros experiences we’ve had. It took over 20 minutes just to get through the drive-thru line. When we finally got to the window, there were four guys working inside. One of them was making our drinks when another asked if they all wanted to “shotgun” a Red Bull, and they all said yes. Then all four of them stopped and did it right there.
