It does not take 45 minutes to make 1 cup of coffee. Starbucks next door probably had 10 cars in line that moved them in and out in less than 5 minutes. This location needs more staff to keep the line moving.
Great service as always!
Waited an hour for two coffees. Pulled up to the window to see two employees trying to do all of the orders (there were probably 15-20 cars in the line). Both orders were also wrong when we got them. This location needs to hire more staff!!
I stopped at this Dutch Bros expecting the usual quick, friendly service, but instead left frustrated by one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at any coffee shop. I did everything right as a decent human being—pulled into the lane with other cars waiting, didn’t cut anyone off, and just waited my turn.
