Hate that they always ask for a tip. Wish they showed their full menu.
I did the order ahead thing, cool. Love it. I get to the window only to be told "I'm so sorry I served your order. What did you have again?" All I could even get out was "oh." Luckily I wasn't late to work, but also after asking me that, I was handed two drinks that had clearly been sitting there. I got the cookie butter latté, I love cookie butter. There was absolutely zero cookie butter flavor. Super disappointed. I've never liked their coffee, so that part is on me. Their fruity drinks are good though.
Love coming here before work I was missing an item today from my Mobile order and didn’t realize until I was at work. I wasn’t going to come back but decided to get a drink before they closed and told your employee John the situation and he was very kind and helpful he offered to give me the food item I was missing. Very good customer service from his part even though it was close to closing time! Absolutely amazing customer service and very willing to help me out with no hesitation!
One of the best chains for coffee in the area. Great staff, quick service
