Take note this is more about customer service and not the promo...I leave work to do the 3:00pm promo get four large orders of coffee pull up to window at 2:57pm, was denied the promotion because it wasn't 3:00pm yet, seriously? The girl working window was extremely rude about it. Never have I had any issues with Dutch, but this location is by far the worst I have been to. I understand rules, but this seems extreme, very disappointed.
I am so bummed to have to write this, but I have given this location too many chances, and they just can’t seem to get my drinks right. I used to go to the one on colfax, but moved to this area and was so excited when it opened, but I have had issues every time. This last time was probably the most disappointing. I hate writing bad reviews especially for places that I really love, but this location is freaking terrible!!! The people are nice and everything and I love the drinks, but 90% of the time they give me the wrong drink or make my drink completely wrong! Idk what it is about this specific location but no other locations are this lazy. They legit gave me my drink 3/4 of the way full yet charged me for a large. Go to any other location this one is absolutely horrible.
