I went today to get a replacement drink because mine was stolen and i was having a bad day, one of the workers i believe his name was aubrey was so sweet, he gave me a free drink and actually made my drink the way i wanted it, extra thick. He was the best at assisting me and so engaging, he wrote such a sweet message on my drink i appreciate it so much. This locations workers are always the sweetest ever. 10/10

This is the Disney customer service experience. All of the staff is amazing and very friendly and the coffee was great. We need one in Florida preferably Tampa.
