My husband wanted to go for his birthday to get his birthday drink, however instead of using the app he was going to show his ID. Well the young man who was taking orders in the line was extremely rude and even made the comment to my husband (who is Mexican) saying "are you even from here?" We were appalled and we left. I understand the not having the app but the comment and the attitude was not okay.
At this location they mess up my order almost every time. The layout of the drive-through is horrible. I was ordering and had someone cut me off and get in front of me. I've been cut off multiple times at this location because the layout is horrible and staff don't care who came first.
I used to be a consistent regular at Dutch Bros. Today was the last time I ever go to one. This review can be universally applied to all Treasure Valley locations. I always get a hot 911 and they honestly vary in quality to where 1 out of 4 are way off. I still drink it but there's a lack of consistency.
