Always great service here…
I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I waited for almost two hours, yet multiple customers who arrived after me were served before I was. During this time, the store also ran out of car magnets. What made it more frustrating was seeing other customers receive up to ten magnets each while I was told they were “first come, first served,” despite the fact that I had been waiting the entire time. Robbed me of two drinks and my time because it was not ready when it should have been and they would not refund my money.
This review is based off of my experience yesterday for the magnet drop. I got there right at 3 and there was a line, which I expected but it was very unorganized and there were two separate lines for some reason until they fixed the way the line formed and made everyone make one line except for a few cars in the second line that had paid already which again, I wasn’t upset about any of that though.
