Awful wait time!! Placed an online order, said It would be ready at 4:49. I’m not the type of person to even care if the drinks are ready a couple minutes after. But it took around 20 minutes!! I asked them three different times and they would just say that they’re working on them. I get if being busy was the issue but seeing people in there talking instead of working probably doesn’t help either.
Horrible experience, I showed the guy a picture of the drink I wanted because I did not have my glasses on and I couldn’t read it. He looked at the picture look at me and told me to read it with an attitude; I thought maybe should have explain him, but his attitude just made me felt bad. the other staff are amazing, they usually read the picture when I don’t have my glasses on. Ordered a freeze and had 2 shots added. Needed a boost to drive home. Tell me why I was yawning and fighting the sandman the whole way home. Didn't even taste like there was coffe in it. Bad location for sure. Make those drinks right bros, people pay a lot of money for shit coffee.
No effort and was dismissive the entire time despite redeeming a Birthday Reward! Waited 15 minutes for One drink is crazy despite a rebel coming from a machine. I had to ask them to have it be remade after melting from sitting on the counter, this was a walk up btw
