SERVICE IS AMAZING! THE ENTIRE STAFF IS AWESOME. THE COFFEE IS GREAT BUT ITS TRULY THE STAFF WHO KEEP US COMING BACK.
Every time I come through with my DAWGS, they go crazy to see Ryen and Amanda! They always treat my dogs like queens. My drink is always on point. There’s always a little smiley face or heart on my lid. It’s very thoughtful.
The employees here truly exemplify customer service and notice that doing a little extra can make a huge difference. My daughter, who sees the good in everyone always, and I came here for a drink and when ordering she told the broista (happy birthday again!) that today was pink day. A regular “neat!” Would have made her happy but he went inside after we paid and when we got the the window a lady gave her a pinkish sticker and the guy who’s birthday it was had absolutely decked out a cup for her as well.
