This is by far and away the best Dutch Bros location I’ve ever been to! The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel like family. If you’re looking for consistency in presentation and flavor, go see Ryen and her team.
horrible customer service!!!!! this lady talked to that front car for a good 10 minutes before while not one of the 5 cars behind me including myself had their orders taken. ridiculous!!!!!
The drinks are the best! Best decision ever since switching from Starbucks. My fave is the OG Golden Eagle. Named my cat after the drink. She approves too. Cakes pops are so addicting! 🔥 I love Ryan and her team. They are all so sweet! She does an amazing job training them and knows how to talk to her employees with such love and respect. I noticed because I manage crews and it's not an easy job but she does it like a boss and so gracefully. A true leader - she's the best.
I got my order repeated back to be 3 times and it was still wrong. i Asked for oat milk and got extra chocolate milk then i asked for 3 chilled muffin tops and got 3 warm muffin tops. mind u the ticked on the package said chilled.
had to leave 5 stars and apologize to the ladies who dealt with my confusion this morning😭 i thought i went to Black Rock as i am barely waking up and was actually at dutch bros🤣 ordered my blue lagoon energy drink but this time it looked so weird and different and im like huh did they change their menu or something but i didnt want to make a problem saying i got a wrong drink and just accepted it but it was good!! so im glad i tried something different from here and went to the wrong place on accident. thanks to the ladie... read more
