Yikes. This location is terrible. Dutch Bros generally has long lines but some are more efficient than others. This is not an efficient location. Every single time I’ve placed an online order here I’ve had to wait. Walk up or drive thru, it doesn’t matter. I’m typing this review from the drive thru line. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup 15 mins ago. Yeah def not coming back to this location. I also find their espresso to be weak and have to add a shot. Not worth it to me.
Wait times are long and workers have been rude lately. We usually don’t have an issue at this location but it has gone downhill- we’ll be sticking to Starbucks from now on.
