Love the drinks of course but the food portion is diabolical And it taste mid as hell
I love this place do not get me wrong but the team has been slacking a lot lately. Too busy talking and not paying attention to the orders. The ones making the drinks do a half ass job now and the ones who takes the orders are just sticks in the mud like they avoid trying to take the orders.
I placed an order ahead at 11:49. It said it was supposed to be done at 11:55. I waited there in line until 12 o’clock when i got up to the window to get my order (which if it’s ready they bring it out to you) it was already melted completely and they just had it in their fridge. As well as they only got one of the drinks right. This used to be the best Dutch in the whole valley, now it just sucks. Do better.
I am very disappointed with this location. Tonight, my fiance and I arrived at 10:51 pm, fully aware that they closed at 11. We are never these kinds of people but we had over a 3 hour drive home and needed some caffeine. We hurried as fast as we could to make it there and made it at 10:51 to find a line of about 5 other cars in front of us.
