This location is so hit or miss. My boyfriend just had an experience where the associate LAUGHED at him for pronunciation struggles. I can’t imagine what it would be like for someone who has a harder time with pronunciation, it just flat out made him uncomfortable. Poor customer service…not to mention we’ve had times were associates won’t come out from wherever for several minutes of waiting on them.
I placed my order ahead this morning the same as I always do. I got there and waited not even joking 20 additional minutes for my drink to be made. As I was standing and waiting I saw a car full on turn around, not back up but full on turned around in the drive thru because nothing was moving. The employees seemed to be in no rush whatsoever and were moving at the pace of a snail if even that. I love this place they are always so friendly and the drinks are great
The service and drinks here are always great and the baristas are really nice! The manager is amazing too she’s very nice and respectful to me and she always makes sure I’m taken care of when ever I come by! If could give more stars I would this my favorite Dutch bros!
