I'm a sucker for Dutch Bros. I appreciate the consistency and like to go to any other locations knowing that my drink is going to taste the same no matter what. Usually I like the positive attitude of the customer service and get a little pumped up after being there because they usually are so energized. It wasn't a bad experience going to this location. This morning my daughter bought a coffee at this place, one of her favorites. She drank some on the way to church. When we arrived, she still had half left, so she decided to finish what was left. With the last sip, a rather large, thin, white plastic clump came out. My daughter has been nauseous all day after this and hasn't been able to eat properly. My family and I have been going to this Dutch bros for about three years now every single day and it’s one of the few in town who have the most amazing customer service. Also, my drinks are always done exactly how I order them and the very few times it hasn’t they remake it without a problem. Recently the mobile ahead has been the cherry on top to my days. David, Calin, Carmela, Tyler, and Jordan are the best Broistas!
