Anika is seriously the best! Every time I come through Dutch Bros, she’s super friendly, upbeat, and makes the whole experience so positive. She always remembers my order and makes my drink perfectly. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and cares about the customers — her energy totally brightens your day!
Usually we have a fantastic experience here. Unfortunately today was not the usual. We had placed a pick up order for 1:20 PM as we had to leave by 1:30 PM for an appointment in Grand Junction. We went up to the pickup window. Our drinks were ready and sitting on the counter. The person was extremely rude and unprofessional. We waited so long most of the ice in our iced drinks was melted and the drinks were warm. She repeatedly yelled at us that she would bring us the drinks when she was ready. Dutch is always my go to! Everyone is always so happy, working fast and hard. Carleigh, Maya and Jada always recognize me when I come through. I love that, always makes the experience feel more personal.
