It’s was way better than Starbucks. Yeah I said it
I’ve been going to Dutch Bros for years and have always loved the friendly service, this visit was the complete opposite. The employee who took my order was rude and standoffish from the start. When my drink was made incorrectly and I politely pointed it out, they talked behind the window assuming I wouldn’t hear, saying I had to pay for their mistake. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This Montrose location seriously needs better customer service training.
