Hi, we were just there on 8/27 at 11:30am drive thru and we never got our order taken, there were two lanes, we were on the right lane and the girl was finishing up the order of the car to the left but then a car showed up after us on the left lane and she attended to that car, more cars appear on the left lane and she continues to take all their orders and as cars approached the right lane she took their orders and completely ignored us, she took about 5 orders of cars that came after us and never took ours, please do bette... read more
If you are going to order ahead do it close to an hour ahead. I ordered my drinks at 7:30am thinking it’ll be ready in maybe 15-20 min but no, waited 40 minutes! And the workers needs to work on their listening skills because I don’t know how many times I had to repeat my name before they understood it and it’s a simple name. Multiple people were waiting the exact time as me that some had to leave without their drinks!
