I love this store but I was at the pickup window and they gave one of the mystery sleeve packs to the woman in front of me that ordered and stepped aside to wait. When I ordered the barista said “you’ll get yours when your order comes out” ???? Why did the other lady get one but not me? Would love to know why. Felt really weird like I did something wrong. These people are always nice. Awesome taste
All of our drinks were wrong but we didnt want to wait and get them fixed. When we walked up, there were at least 15 drinks on the counter ready for the people at the walk up window and you could tell they were half melted. All of our drinks were ready but 1, and then our Rebels were wrong but they were drinkable.
