Drive thru wait time is ridiculous 30-40 min for a coffee is so bad. I get the wanting for a fun work atmosphere but kids rapping dancing inside while waiting extreme times seems almost neglecting.
I’ve never had an issue with the drinks, but more with how they handle the drive thru! They really need to get better, come up with a different plan to make sure they are being fair with the cars that have been waiting for a while and not prioritize cars that come after! Maybe take in n out notes :) One car to the left, one car to the right. You guys seem all over the place!
Mobile ordering here is non existent. No one checked on the widow for 10 mins. The drive thru was going faster then the window which is sad since everyone is standing around waiting for their orders.... terrible work practice.
I love this place. It replaced a certain other place I used to frequent but no longer visit and in my opinion DBC is WAY BETTER THAN THE OTHER Place. I love their positive energy every single time we go there ...their customer service is amazing and their coffee is OUTSTANDING.
