This Dutch Bros has consistently went down hill since they opened and is extremely bad now. We always order ahead and go through the drive thru. We used to be able to get in line, tell them we had an order and they would go grab it for us. Lately when we get in.line the staff, when they even come out, refuse to get our order and bring it out. Love me some ditch bros
I placed an order for my partner and me at 6:40 AM while driving from Laramie and scheduled the pickup for 7:15 AM. I arrived around 7:17 AM, only to be met with very poor customer service. The employee at the counter, who had colorful hair and multiple facial piercings, barely acknowledged us. When I asked about our order, I was told, “It’s not ready, but I’ll go check on it.” She then never appeared to check on the order and left us waiting without any communication.
