Now I LOVE Dutch bros. But why do they make you so uncomfortable when asked the tipping question?? Are these folks not getting paid good — when the coffee is like $7? Confused.
Moved here from Oregon, home of dutch bros. Not the same vibe in the slightest. No one talk to you here. Not even a " how are you". Horrible customer service and getting into this location is a pain.
Love love love our Dutch bros. They’re so amazing, however the only “older” woman working there is so slow 😭 The lines get backed up, she stands at the front of the line and when others come out to help she stops taking orders and just chats with random people. I’ve started avoiding going when she’s working, it’s horrible. I love all the other workers though, they always get everything right, quick on their feet, and do it with a smile no matter our bipolar Wyoming weather 🤣
