So I came to this dutch bros, Mind you, I drive 25 min to get to this location.. in my app, on the home page, it clearly states $2 off my next drink. So when I went pay, the total was the normal price.. I showed the girl at window my phone, after she clicked around my screen for a bit, she decided that I don't get the $2 off. I know how POS systems work. I know that she could have honored the app's coupon. It's only $2, but it's the point that customer service isn't at the top of their priorities. Lame
The truth is that on Tuesday I went to buy 2 golden eagle cream espressos, they don't prepare them well, my head hurts a lot, my heart is racing, it wants to kill me, much better, those from Escondido en el Cajón don't know how to prepare them, the manager has to pay attention, so much caffeine will die someone and they will sue them.
