I really enjoy my daily visit with these folks. The staff is always professional and friendly. I don’t know where the person that hires these folks finds them, but they are all top notch. They have been talking up their new food offerings and I can’t wait to try some. All in all, these people are a real asset to your business.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Dutch Bros in Azle. I was overcharged for my drink, and when I showed the manager my bank statement, she insisted I needed a receipt — even though they don’t offer receipts in the first place. All she kept saying was “go to your app,” but that did nothing to help the overcharge. The manager (her name was something like Eskella) was unhelpful, dismissive, and provided zero solutions.
