The person they have outside doing the drive-through Did not go in first come first serve order something that should’ve taken five minutes or less would have taken me at least 10 to 15 minutes due to this. The people that she took instead of me was a car full of people and I was one person who had been there at least five minutes prior to that vehicle being there. I felt unseen and completely uncared for And due to this, I will not be back.
Had a wonderful 1st experience thanks to Kimbell and the rest of the lovely staff here, will definitely be returning soon!
Love it, love it, love it! The atmosphere, the workers, the drinks! It's also great. It's just such a fun place to be everyone's helpful. The recommendations are always on point, I love pulling up to the pickup window where everyone's just listening to music and jamming out, but also working really hard to get those drinks pumped out fast.
