Staff are always friendly, store is allways busy 10 minute wait minimum even for express.
I order one or two things. Typically a small drink, but every single time, they hand me a large drink. I am immediately grossed out and overwhelmed. If I ask them to fix it, they get an attitude as if I should be grateful that they have charged me for and given me 3x more of something than I can or want to consume. Please just honor what customers are requesting. It shouldn’t be that hard.

Worst Dutch Bros you can go to in the area. It is run very poorly. They always mess up my order. “Broistas” were pretty rude.
