I honestly had to leave a review because the customer service here is so good! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and my drink and food was made really well and came out so fast. You can tell the crew actually cares about the customers and the experience they’re giving. I also got to meet the manager and she was so sweet and welcoming. Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered at 9:30, and I received my sandwich from 6:39, it was literally ice cold. That is completely unacceptable. This was not an isolated incident. On a previous visit, I waited more than 20 minutes while I watched employees hand out orders to customers who had ordered AFTER me. That shows a serious lack of organization, communication, leadership, and basic order management.
