This location has gone down hill, the energy from employees suck. I went for my birthday this morning and the girl wasn’t energetic/ made my drink wrong/ didn’t even say happy birthday or have a great day …NOTHING , wasted my bday drink should of went to a diff location, this was supposed to be a snickers or scarecrow drink and it’s nothing but a basic drink.
I went to order my coffee early in the morning and I had my order on my phone and I showed the lady taking order and she was rude saying I had to say it to her. Since when can’t you guys take orders written on the phone? It was a lady with red hair. It’s has never been an issue before but apparently it was for her. She shouldn’t have such an ugly attitude and work in customer service.
What is the point of the app if I am unable to pre-order the thing I want. Literally every option available except the one I want, a Cookie Butter Mocha freeze. There is an iced option that I could change the milk on but not whether the ice is blended or not. There's a regular blended option, but no ability to change the milk to choc...what is going on here?
