I've been coming to this place every morning for the last 2 months I've delt with mutiple people outside taking my order. But today was by far the worst experience of all. The guy Riley didnt come out until late and didnt see the order of the cars until the last minute. I told him that I was next and he rudely told me he'll go in the order he chose. Been in drive thru line for over 20 minutes order still not taken.
I would not recommend ordering ahead at this location. They stated that they need to focus on the drive thru times and did not prioritize a lot of pick up orders. Several people in line were also upset by this and stated that it happens all the time. My pick up time was 10:37 and my order was ready at 10:55.
I love this stand. The customer service is always TOP NOTCH! Those kids work so very hard, and I appreciate all they do. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with one of the latest reviews. Let’s keep comments about employees’ bodies out of this. If there’s a dress code concern, management can handle it. Talking about someone’s body like that is NOT okay. Why are you focused on their body? That’s not your business.
Twice I've waited over 30 minutes, given up and left. Not enough staff for demand.
